Refund policy
为保障消费者权益，规范退换货流程，本店所有穿戴甲（Press-on Nails）及配套美甲工具、胶贴、美甲胶水等产品，均按照本政策执行售后退换、退款及换货服务。因美甲产品属于贴身美妆卫生用品，为保障公共卫生安全，所有退换货严格遵循未使用、未拆封、无损坏原则。
To protect customers’ rights and standardize after-sales procedures, all press-on nails, nail tools, adhesive tabs, nail glue and related products in our store are subject to the following return, refund and exchange policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, all returned items must be unopened, unused and undamaged.
二、售后时效 Return & Refund Time Limit
1. 全球通用常规售后：客户商品收到货后30个自然日内，可符合条件申请无理由退货、质量问题售后。
2. 欧盟地区特殊规则：遵循欧盟消费者冷静期法案，签收后14天冷静期内，可无条件发起合规退货申请。
3. 破损/错发/漏发问题：签收后7个自然日内必须提交问题凭证，逾期将不予受理。
1. Global Standard: Customers may submit eligible return or refund requests within30 calendar days after delivery.
2. EU Customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies per EU consumer protection regulations for eligible returns.
3. Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Items: Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt; overdue claims will not be accepted.
三、退货资格与商品要求 Return Eligibility
1. 可退货商品 Eligible Returns
所有常规现货穿戴甲，满足以下条件可申请退货：商品未拆封、未佩戴、未粘贴胶水/胶贴、未修剪打磨、无污渍划痕、保留原包装、吊牌及配件齐全，不影响二次销售。
Standard in-stock press-on nails can be returned if: items are unopened, unworn, no glue or adhesive applied, untrimmed, unfiled, stain-free, with original packaging and all accessories intact, and resalable.
2. 不可退货商品 Non-Returnable Items
（1）定制款穿戴甲：根据客户自选尺寸、甲型、定制图案、专属排版的个性化定制产品，非质量问题概不退换，仅支持质量问题售后。
（2）已使用/已改造产品：开封佩戴、粘贴胶水、修剪甲型、打磨甲面、自行改造的穿戴甲，因卫生安全问题，一律不予退换。
（3）特价清仓、秒杀、赠品、配套耗材（开封胶水、胶贴、搓条）无无理由退货服务。
(1) Customized press-on nails: Custom size, shape, pattern and personalized designs are final sale. Returns are only accepted for quality defects.
(2) Used or altered items: Any worn, glued, trimmed, filed or modified nails are non-returnable for hygiene safety reasons.
(3) Clearance items, flash sale products, free gifts and opened consumables are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
四、两类售后处理规则 Return & Refund Rules
1. 无理由退货（个人原因） Change-of-Mind Returns
客户因个人喜好、款式不符、尺寸不合适等个人原因退货，需在售后时效内提交申请。商品审核通过后，本店将退还商品本金，原订单运费不退，退回运费由客户自行承担。未经客服确认的私自退货，本店有权拒收或延迟处理。
For change-of-mind returns (dislike, unsuitable size/style, etc.), only product price will be refunded after inspection. Original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
2. 质量问题/物流问题售后 Defective & Shipping Issue Claims
签收7日内，如遇产品破损、开裂、色差严重、做工瑕疵、错发款式尺码、漏发商品等问题，客户需提供：订单编号、快递面单、完整开箱视频/清晰实物照片。
凭证审核通过后，客户可免费选择补发、换货、全额退款，产生的往返运费由本店承担。无需退回瑕疵品的情况，客服将提前告知。
Within 7 days after delivery, for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, customers must provide order number, shipping label, unboxing video and clear product photos. After verification, customers can choose free replacement, exchange or full refund, all shipping fees covered by our store.
五、退货流程 Return Procedure
1. 联系客服：通过网站邮件、客服弹窗、社交账号发起退货申请，说明退货原因，提交相关凭证。
2. 审核确认：客服1-3个工作日内审核，通过后提供官方退货地址及退货指引。
3. 寄回商品：按指定地址寄回，保留快递单号，禁止到付、私自改地址退货。
4. 验收退款：本店签收验货无误后，3-7个工作日内原路退款至原支付账户。

2. We will review your request within 1-3 business days and provide official return address & instructions.
3. Ship the item as instructed and keep the tracking number. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
4. Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.
六、退款说明 Refund Instructions
1. 所有退款均原路退回，支付渠道不同，到账时效略有差异，最长不超过7个工作日。
2. 无理由退货仅退产品实付金额，订单运费、手续费、服务费不予退还。
3. 若客户退回商品存在磨损、污渍、缺失配件、拆封使用痕迹，本店有权拒绝退款或扣除部分费用。
1. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, processing time varies by payment channel (max 7 business days).
2. Change-of-mind returns only refund product payment. Shipping fees and service fees are non-refundable.
3. We reserve the right to reject returns or deduct fees if returned items are worn, stained, incomplete or used.
七、卫生安全条款 Hygiene & Safety Policy
穿戴甲属于个人贴身美妆卫生用品，为杜绝交叉感染，保障所有客户使用安全，任何已开封、已佩戴、已改造的穿戴甲，永久不支持退换货，请客户下单前仔细核对款式、尺码、颜色。
Press-on nails are personal hygiene beauty products. To avoid cross-infection and ensure customer safety, all opened, worn, altered or used nails are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please confirm style, size and color before ordering.
八、最终解释权 Final Interpretation
本店保留在合法范围内对本退货政策的更新、修改及最终解释权，政策更新后将公示于网站，即刻生效。
We reserve the right to update and revise this return policy legally. Updates will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately.
